Chocolate Chips Muffins Sele’s way 🍫🧁

Hello beautiful, I am super excited to share this recipe because it is delishhhh and very simple, you know I like simple😉.

This time I decided to turn a very good chocolate chips recipe into a healthy-keto version, so here it is what you need.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/3 Cup of your favorite sweetener, (mine is Allulose, no after taste)
  • 4 Eggs whites
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • 1 ¼ Cups of Almond Protein Flour or King Arthur Keto Flour or your favorite flour
  • 1/3 Cup of your favorite Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Power
  • 1 Cup of Dark Chocolate chips or more hahha this is up to you😉

 Preparation

Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all the ingredients not the egg whites. Bater the egg whites separate and last pour the egg whites into the mix…. Put the final mix in baking cups, place in the oven for 20-25 min and enjoy!! Wait don’t leave yet, did you know the benefits of Dark Chocolate well here are some:

  • Dark chocolate is a rich source of antioxidants, which can help protect your cells from damage and slow down the aging process.
  • It also contains flavanols, which have been shown to improve blood flow and reduce inflammation. These benefits can help to improve the appearance of your skin and make you look younger.
  • The antioxidants in dark chocolate can help to protect your skin from sun damage and free radicals, which are two of the main causes of wrinkles and fine lines.

In addition to its anti-aging benefits, dark chocolate has also been shown to have a number of other health benefits, including:

  • Improves heart health: Dark chocolate can help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.
  • Boosts cognitive function: Dark chocolate can help to improve cognitive function, memory, and focus.
  • Reduces stress: Dark chocolate can help to reduce stress levels and improve mood.

Of course, it is important to eat dark chocolate in moderation. Dark chocolate is high in calories and fat, so eating too much can lead to weight gain. A moderate amount of dark chocolate is about 1 to 2 ounces per day.

Here are some tips for choosing dark chocolate for anti-aging benefits:

  • Choose dark chocolate that is at least 70% cacao: The higher the cacao content, the more antioxidants the chocolate will contain.
  • Look for brands that use minimally processed cocoa beans: Minimally processed cocoa beans will retain more of their antioxidants.
  • Avoid dark chocolate that is high in added sugar: Added sugar can negate the health benefits of dark chocolate.
